Dr. Charlotte Boettiger, an Assistant Professor of Behavioral Neuroscience, is the recipient of a 2013 grant from the Foundation for Alcohol Research.

The Foundation for Alcohol Research funds research grants to help build a base of knowledge regarding how alcohol affects health, its use in society, and the benefits and detriments related to consumption. FAR supports alcohol studies conducted by promising new investigators.

Dr. Boettiger’s grant will support her research, “”Neural Circuit Bases of Impulsive Choice in Emerging Adults and Heavy Drinking Adults.”
