Dr. Peter Ornstein, a F. Stuart Chapin Distinguished Professor, was honored by the Federation of Associations in Behavioral and Brain Sciences (FABBS).

FABBS promotes human potential and well-being by advancing the sciences of mind, brain, and behavior; promoting scientific research and training in these fields; educating the public about the contributions of research to the health and well-being of individuals and society; fostering communication among scientists; and recognizing scientists who have made significant contributions to building knowledge.

The “In Honor Of” program highlights eminent, senior scientists who have made a lasting impact through decades of research to our understanding of humans – how they think, feel, and act. The FABBS Board periodically selects honorees who have been nominated by their peers. These individuals receive recognition on their website, including a biographical sketch and photograph.
