Dr. Keith Payne, a Professor of Social Psychology, is the recipient of a 2019 University of Kansas/U.S. Department of Education Grant.
The Department of Education supports research that addresses important issues in education and develops solutions that improve school readiness and academic achievement for all students.
Dr. Payne received a total award of over $310,000 (over one year) for his project, “Effects of Implicit Bias on Children’s Early Outcomes.”
