Dr. Shauna Cooper, Associate Professor of Developmental Psychology, is the 2021 recipient of the American Psychological Association (APA) Division 35’s Foremothers Career Excellence in Mentoring Award.
Division 35 members of the APA are actively involved in many, diverse areas of interest within the psychology of women, whether in their teaching, research, practice, advocacy or other activities. Awards and grants are sponsored by Div. 35, either alone or with other groups to recognize work relevant in some significant way to women’s lives or to the psychological understanding of gender role influences on human behavior.
