2017 Thibaut Award Lecture

We are pleased to announce that the recipient of this year’s Thibaut Award is Dr. Daniel T. Gilbert. The Thibaut Award is given by our Social Psychology graduate students to an intellectual that inspires research in social psychology. The award is named after an influential social psychologist and former UNC professor, Dr. John Thibaut. Dr. Gilbert is the Edgar Pierce Professor of Psychology at Harvard University. He earned his B.A. in Psychology from the University of Colorado Denver in 1981…
