Dr. Marsha Penner, a Lecturer in Psychology and Neuroscience, is a recipient of the 2017 Johnston Teaching Excellence Award.
The Johnston Teaching Excellence Awards were created in 1991 to recognize excellence in undergraduate teaching. The awards are funded by the James M. Johnston Scholarship Program.
Dr. Penner will be recognized on Tuesday, January 31, 2017 during the half-time ceremony at the UNC-Pitt men’s basketball game in the Dean E. Smith Center.
